Greek Green Gold: The original producers of olive oil, Greek oil has a rich, fruity flavored oil with a hearty aroma and deep green color.It is a delightfully robust, herbaceous oil with a peppery finish.

Italian EVOO: Best known of all the olive oils, Italian oil is a  rich,smooth with a mild fruit flavor and a spicy bite.

Spainish EVOOSpanish olive oils have a distinctive buttery flavor.  Light with complex nuances,nutty taste and smooth serene finish

Garlic & Rosemary Oil cold pressed EVOO, infused with garlic and bottled with Rosemary, Chili de Arbol & Black Pepper this oil is ideal for bread dipping or tossed in a salad. Also excellent for sauteing fish or chicken to add zesty flavor. 

Balsoli is the blend of Aged Balsamic Vinegar & Extra Virgin Olive Oil flavored with Rosemary, Chili de Arbol and Bay Leaves. Made espescially as a dipping oil for bread  All natural ingredients with no artifical flavors, colors or repservatives.

Oreganato dipping olive oil is flavored with Greek oregano, sun dried tomatoes, bay leaves and four-pepper blend. Great for cooking, salad dressings or dipping, this oil brings the wonderful flavors of the Mediterranean to your kitchen.

Pepperino dipping olive oil is flavored with Herbs de Provence, Chili de Arbol and garlic. Great with a variety of foods, like pasta, pizza, broiled fish, chicken, or by itself for dipping. Made with cold pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oils.

Italian Balsamic: Sweet yet zesty, Italian Balsamic vinegar is prized for cooking, salads  and for dipping.It is highly prized for its exquisite flavour and aroma. Balsamic ia aged in wooden casks to develop its character.  This meticulous aging process provides a flavor that cannot be beat.

White Balsamic Like traditional balsamic vinegar, white balsamic comes from Trebbiano grapes in Italy. But while regular balsamic vinegar is aged to produce a dark color and deep, rich flavor, white balsamic vinegar is processed quickly, giving the vinegar a golden color and gentler flavor.

Kalamata Vinegar : Made in Greece from grapes grown in ancient vineyards.  Aged in chestnut casks to enhance it's flavor, it is a delicate vinegar with an fruity aroma and a clean, sweet aftertaste

Sherry Vinegar: Produced from Palomino grapes, grown in the Jerez region of  Spain. Aging in oak casks creates a vinegar with a deep amber color, intense aroma and rich, subtly nutlike flavor.

White Zinfandel Vinegar is produced from 100% Zinfandel grapes. Infused with Rosemary, the fruity Zinfandel flavor is accented by the fragrant herbs.The delicious vinegar is made to be used on salads, dressings, marinades or where any fine wine vinegar is required.

Melina's White Truffle Oil lets you experience the rich flavor of rare white truffles without spending a fortune. Made with our Extra Virgin Olive oil, infused with white truffle, this oil is excellent as a compliment to beef, fish, pasta, eggs, and cheese. Use sparingly since the strong flavor goes a long way. Drizzle over fresh fruit or marinate fruit and pour over French vanilla ice cream or cheesecake for an incredible dessert Pomegranate Vinaigrette: The bright, tangy flavor of this simple vinaigrette balances sweet and spicy notes perfectly. The pomegranate juice brings a nice fruity flavor to create a refreshing marriage of citrus and tart flavors. The dressing has a great fruity, but not too sweet flavor that works well over any type of salad or with cooked vegetables
