Refund/Return Policy

We will gladly refund your money for returns made within 30 days of purchase, with the exceptions listed below.   Simply return the item to us and we will issue a refund for item cost. (postage will not be refunded).

If you want to keep the item anyway, but feel like you should receive a partial refund, please contact us and we will try to work something out

Items Damaged in Shipping

Unless your item is covered by shipping insurance, you (the buyer) assume all responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur in transit.  If your item was in good shape when it left us but doesn't work or is broken when it arrives at your house, it will be considered to be damaged in shipping.

We make every effort to pack items as securely as possible, but damage or loss can still occur. So, if insurance is not included in the shipping costs,  please insure your packages. insured.gif (5922 bytes)
