Herbs de Provence: A tantalizing blend of traditional French herbs, selected to create the country flavor of Southern French cuisine.  Excellent in stews, roasts and chicken.  You can even combine with some of our Olive Oils for a light salad dressing. White peppercorns: Starts out the same as black pepper, but is allowed to ripen a few more weeks on the vine. The berries are then picked, soaked in water and the husks are removed. The flavor is slightly less robust than black pepper.
Green peppercorns:  The same fruit as black pepper, but harvested while slightly immature. Green peppercorns have a fresh, clean flavor and slight peppery bite. They are used more for flavoring than for seasoning. Pink Peppercorns: Hot, pungent, slightly sweet, with a pleasant bite, they are a perfect garnish for a host of foods, including sauces, dressings, and dips. Especially delicious when added to melted butter.

Malabar Peppercorns: Imported from India, Malabar is the finest commercially havested pepper.  It has a pungent peppery flavor with notes of fruit and wood

Tellicherry Peppercorns: Considered the best pepper in the world. Its aroma is sweet and spicy. It flavor is rich and bold. There is no better pepper for grinding fresh! 

California Four Pepper Blend
