| Aged Fig Balsamic
"Il Fico Balsamico" This richly flavored condiment is
created in Modena, Italy using Celeste figs and Trebiano grapes. It blends the mellow
velvety richness of the finest balsamic vinegar with the rich sweet flavor of the figs.
It is aged in oak and chestnut casks for over 6 years to give the vinegar the
thickness and spectacular flavor due to the natural evaporation. Use to enhance pan
sauces, as a marinade or salad dressing. |

that balances the natural sweet and sour elements. You can use it to drizzle over
Steak, Chicken & Pork, or you can use it as a glaze for grilling. Or, simply serve

| White Balsamic from Modena. White Balsamic Vinegar is
made from a different process than traditional balsamic vinegar. The grape
"must" is not caramelized during processing, resulting in a golden color.
The smooth, well-balanced flavor is perfect to be used in a variety of recipes, from
simple salads up to more elaborated dishes. White balsamic can also be used in sauces for
meat or to deglaze a pan. It's ideal on fish and poultry because the color doesn't alter
the color of the dish. |
